 മരുഭൂമിയിലെരിയുന്ന                          
സൂര്യന്റെ ചൂടും..
നഗരത്തിൽ കത്തുന്ന
ബൾബിന്റെ താപവും
ഒന്നായിരുന്നില്ല
എങ്കിലും രണ്ടിടങ്ങളിലും
ഭൂമിതൻ രോദനം ഒന്നായിരുന്നു
